Our Story, Our Passion, Our Promise
Coffin Cinema was officially established in 2022 with a young film student's dream to turn their passion into reality in our first short film Bulmer's Bar. However the truth is the heart of our company was born from a lifelong obsession with expressing ourself through film and music videos. This led to studying both media and of course film studies A-Level at York College which then was continued into University with a BA Hons in Film Production and Professional Practise at York College School of Art. Enriched with this education in such a gothic city such as York, our aspiration materialized into what Coffin Cinema is today: a film company that stands for diversity, inclusivity and everything alternative. Coffin Cinema will always raise up LGBTQ+ Talent / Themes and promote equality across all our projects.
Our bottom line is that we will always strive to be unique and produce quality, interesting media.
